This proposed 28-unit high rise residential building is to be located at Manhattan Avenue in Union City, New Jersey. It is an eleven story tower with three levels of parking. The overall project location and potential views to New York City create an incredibly marketable residential unit. The forth floor designated for the pool, also adds to the level of sophistication, which will assist in the overall sales initiative.
